Due to the nature of food and snack products such as cookies, chips, and other packaged snacks, we generally do not accept returns once the product has been opened or consumed. This policy helps us maintain the highest standards of food safety and quality for all customers.

However, we will gladly assist you in the following situations:

  • If the product arrives damaged or defective

  • If you receive the wrong item

  • If the product arrives expired or unsafe to consume

  • If the package was significantly damaged during shipping

If you experience any of these issues, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. To help us resolve the issue quickly, we may ask for photos of the product and packaging.

Refunds

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will process a refund or provide a replacement depending on the situation.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • The issue is caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

  • Normal variations in taste, texture, or packaging from different batches

Order Cancellations
